Hi, I am Yuxin, a service designer with a firm foundation
in UX design and design research.
I am particularly interested in investigating how strategic design, data-analytical and research-driven process, and systems thinking can be integrated to create coherent and meaningful service ecosystems in cross-disciplinary settings.

Applying the triple-diamond service design model, I aligned my research approaches as follows: insight gathering, iterative prototyping and knowledge generation, delivery and reflection.
